How does the appointment system work?
Please complete the book an appointment form. We will promptly send you an email with available appointment dates and times for you to confirm. Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours. For urgent matters, please call us as soon as possible.
Which areas do you cover for home visits?
Our expert podiatrists cover a wide area for home visits in the County of Buckinghamshire and the London Borough of Hillingdon, including Gerrards Cross, Iver, Denham, Chalfont St. Peters, Chalfont St. Giles, Seer Green, Amersham, Uxbridge, Harefield, Ickenham, Ruislip, Beaconsfield, Slough, Langley, High Wycombe.
If your location is not listed, please feel free to get in touch, as we cover the surrounding areas and can usually arrange to visit you.
Do you offer a video consultation?
Yes, we do offer an initial consultation via a video call. We can help with a preliminary assessment of your condition and make recommendations for treatment and answer any questions you may have.
The cost of the call is £25 and usually lasts 15 minutes. To book a video call, complete the book an appointment form ensuring to select the option for an Initial Consultation via a WhatsApp Video Call or a Zoom Video Call. We’ll promptly respond by email with appointment dates and times along with a payment link.
Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours. Your laptop or phone must have WhatsApp or the Zoom app installed. Please ensure the relevant permissions are enabled for the camera to function as required.
What are the costs for treatments?
Costs are dependent on your location and treatment required. Please complete the book an appointment form with details of your condition, and location for the visit. We’ll promptly respond with appointment dates, times and costs involved. Typically costs start from £50 for treatment, including journey times less than 10 minutes.

What is the charge for cancellations?
There is no charge for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, however, the cost for 60 minutes will apply and be due for cancellations made less than 24 hours from the appointment time.
What if I don’t know what treatment is required?
We can help you over a phone call, or consider our service for an initial consultation for a preliminary assessment of your condition via a video call.
How soon can I get an appointment?
As soon as we have received your request for an appointment, we will promptly respond with dates and times for an appointment, which are usually within 10 days. For urgent matters, please call us as soon as possible.
How long does an appointment last?
Each appointment usually lasts 60 minutes. This includes travel and treatment time. Some treatments can exceed this time. We will advise you within the first 10 minutes if the appointment will last longer than 60 minutes.
